Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Your purchase of Pushee products through our website is subject to the terms outlined below (the “Refund & Returns Policy”).
1. First-Time Purchase Guarantee
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on your first purchase only, up to 2 pouches. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund of the product purchase price...no questions asked.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds apply to product costs only.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original date of purchase via email to support@getpushee.com.
2. Refunds for Returning Customers
After the initial order, Customers may return unopened, sealed products for a refund within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For bulk orders, 2 pouches or more, there will be a $10 return processing fee.
Any refund is dependent upon Pushee issuing a valid return authorization, receiving and inspecting all returned items, deeming them untampered with, unopened, and in resalable condition, at Pushee’s sole discretion.
Refund requests for second-time or subsequent purchases are not covered under our money-back guarantee. Pushee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or deny refund requests beyond a customer’s first order.
Returning Customers may request a refund by contacting us via email at support@getpushee.com.
3. Lost order
If your order does not arrive safely, please email us at support@getpushee.com and we'll do our best to make it right. For orders lost or stolen in transit, we offer store credit or a replacement of the item after a customary waiting period to ensure your package was not temporarily misdelivered. No refunds will be processed for orders that have confirmed delivery via carrier tracking.
Our refund policy will not apply to any product purchased from an unauthorized seller.
4. Abuse & Fair Use Clause
Pushee may revoke refund rights in the event of abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to:

Excessive or repeated refund requests

Refunds on large or suspicious quantities

Use of the policy for resale, commercial purposes, or fraud
Pushee reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny refunds and suspend future eligibility if we determine that a customer is acting in bad faith or misusing the Refund Policy.
